Bridal Front Hand Mehndi Design with Figures (2)

Measured from this photo

• About 46% of the skin in the photo is covered in henna: more ink than 56% of the 2,300 front hand designs we have measured.
• By area: fingers 50%, palm or back of the hand 58%, wrist and arm 46%.
• A typical line is about 1.4 mm wide, so you would want a cone with a fine tip.
• Laid end to end, the lines come to about 5.8 m of henna across 2 hands.
• It has about 103 separate dots.
• More than half of the ink is filled-in shapes rather than lines, so it needs a thicker paste and longer to dry.

Estimates read by our software from the photo itself. The angle, crop and lighting of a photo change them, so treat them as a guide.
