Measured from this photo
- About 46% of the skin in the photo is covered in henna: more ink than 54% of the 2,300 front hand designs we have measured.
- By area: fingers 47%, palm or back of the hand 56%, wrist and arm 42%.
- A typical line is about 1.7 mm wide, so you would want a cone with a wider tip, or more pressure.
- Laid end to end, the lines come to about 8.8 m of henna across 2 hands.
- It has about 33 separate dots.
Estimates read by our software from the photo itself. The angle, crop and lighting of a photo change them, so treat them as a guide.
