Measured from this photo
- About 46% of the skin in the photo is covered in henna: more ink than 55% of the 2,300 front hand designs we have measured.
- By area: fingers 51%, palm or back of the hand 44%, wrist and arm 43%.
- A typical line is about 1.4 mm wide, so you would want a cone with a fine tip.
- Laid end to end, the lines come to about 2.4 m of henna.
- It has about 12 separate dots.
Estimates read by our software from the photo itself. The angle, crop and lighting of a photo change them, so treat them as a guide.
