Measured from this photo
- About 42% of the skin in the photo is covered in henna: less ink than 53% of the 2,713 back hand designs we have measured.
- By area: fingers 45%, palm or back of the hand 39%, wrist and arm 40%.
- A typical line is about 2.0 mm wide, so you would want a cone with a wider tip, or more pressure.
- Laid end to end, the lines come to about 8.9 m of henna across 2 hands.
- It has about 90 separate dots.
Estimates read by our software from the photo itself. The angle, crop and lighting of a photo change them, so treat them as a guide.
